The vehicle was stopped, and legal measures were taken against the driver. Authorities highlighted that such behavior distracts the driver and poses risks to themselves and other road users.

The Traffic Department emphasized its diligent monitoring of complaints related to improper driving behaviors through WhatsApp at (0770999030), handling these complaints with complete confidentiality and professionalism to address violations, whether accompanied by videos or photos.

The Highway Patrol Department urged drivers to adhere to traffic rules, avoid dangerous violations such as driving against the flow of traffic, tailgating, not using the right lane for trucks, and avoiding distractions like mobile phones. They also encouraged contacting the emergency number 911 when necessary.
